Here is a simple recipe to make a delicious high protein chocolate mousse.
Put in blender:
1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup of Whey Protein powder (chocolate).
1/4 cup skim milk
(Option: 1-2 pk of Stevia or sweetener of your choice)
Now blend ingredients together until smooth.
Even if you are not fond of cottage cheese you won’t taste it as it blends together like a creamy chocolate mouse.
You will have over 30 grams of protein with very low fat and low carbs.
