Magnesium

Calcium

Adult men and women lose bone mass or density especially over the age of 40. Up until age 40,  the bone mass and density are replaced. However,  after age 40,  less bone is replaced.  Thus, we need to get exercise and calcium (1,000 mg) every day, in order to minimize bone loss.

Signs of calcium deficiency are muscle aches and cramps.
